Log shells are routinely constructed in our log yard in Wasilla. The logs are then numbered, disassembled, and shipped to the foundation site, where re-erection is completed in two to four days. We provide expert log crafters to supervise the assembly. Shipping is billed as extra.
Our pricing is based on lineal feet of log work, number of log corners, and the complexity of trusses and roof structures. A down payment of 1/3 is required when placing an order, a second payment of 1/3 when the building is five rounds high, and 1/3 minus a 10% retainer when the project is completed in the company yard. The retainer is due upon full completion of the project.
